Come play with us

The world needs who you were made to be

We believe raising a child who knows their own feelings is a journey worth sharing. Yoga with M.E. is your partner in that — a barefoot, judgment-free studio in Island Park where kids learn what their bodies can do, what their feelings mean, and how good it feels to just be a kid.

Our goal is to meet every child exactly where they are — wiggly, weepy, wild, or quiet — and send them home with something real.

We're here to teach kids what showing up looks like, even on the hard days. Because the nonlinear path always looks like a mistake until it doesn't — and every kid deserves a place that believes that, too.

Classes

Every week, kids ages 2 to 9+ show up to move their bodies, name their feelings, and get a little messy in the art studio. Classes are grouped by age, so the silly-to-structure ratio is always just right.

Camp

Summer days are full mornings and afternoons of yoga, sensory art, and water play. We're outside rain or shine, because that's where the best stuff happens. By pickup, your kid is tired in the very best way.

Feel it

We teach kids how their bodies move, how to notice big emotions instead of stuffing them down, and how to breathe through the hard stuff. Yes, even the tantrums. Especially the tantrums.

Move it

Paint, clay, markers, mud — if it's messy and it makes a kid's brain light up, it's probably happening in our sensory art studio or backyard mud kitchen.

Be it

Classes are grouped by age, so every yogi gets the right amount of silly, the right amount of structure, and exactly enough room to be whoever they're going to be that day.
