Island Park isn't just where we set up our mats — it's our home, our neighbors, our whole little village. It's woven into who we are.

We believe the same things we teach the kids — kindness, patience, showing up for one another — shouldn't stop at the studio door. When one family in Island Park is struggling, we all feel it. And when we come together to help, the whole town shines a little brighter.
